A one-on-one conversation designed to understand your child’s unique social strengths, challenges and goals, while giving you a clearer picture of the support that may be most helpful. STARS Program
The STARS Program is a structured 12-session online coaching program for kids and teens, designed to build real-world social confidence. Through personalized instruction, guided practice and reflection, participants strengthen communication, perspective-taking, flexible thinking and the skills needed to build meaningful relationships.
Review Sessions
A dedicated opportunity to reflect on your child’s progress, celebrate growth and identify where continued support may be most helpful. Together, we’ll revisit goals, discuss recent changes and challenges, review how new skills are carrying into everyday life, and create practical next steps to support continued confidence, independence and social growth.
